Why Being Happy Is So Profoundly Simple Yet So Difficult To Have

Want to be happy - Learn how to create Happiness Intelligence in you

Want to be Happy?

I am not sure - But – I am assuming that There May Not Be A Person In This World Who Would Not Like To Be Happy.

Yet Do You See Many Happy People Around - Who Are Genuinely Happy & Not Pretending to Be Happy.

How would you know if they are genuinely happy – well - The Authentically and internally Happy People Will Always Make You Feel Positive, Happy and Wonderful About Yourself – Just by Being Around Them.

But Then - When All of Us Want To Be Happy – it is such a greatly difficult task to be happy.

Although there are numerous factors for our being in happy state on sustainable basis – along with ability to come back to this state whenever it gets derailed due many – out of our control external factors.

We will be focusing on just few elementary basics.

1.The first one is about - The relationship that we have with ourselves – is the most important and profound as well as fundamental for our own happiness – as a result It also a very complicated one

Especially because we can't walk away from ourselves - neither we can erase the mistakes that we have made, regrets that we have accumulated, weaknesses that we know exists withing us and so on.

AND if we are ashamed, embarrassed and feel guilty and disgusted about and with ourselves – there is no way we can be at peace, be happy, have close relationship with others, get respect from others and are successful.

2.Being truly ourselves with everyone and in every situation – and - living the life that we envision for ourselves

3.Our focus of what we spend most of time working towards - our Being Happy Lies in The NOW Factor.

The desire for happiness simply shows that we are not happy right at this moment – which in turn creates misery.

And as a miserable being we project that in the future some time, someday, some way - we will be happy.

We are unhappy today - then we project that tomorrow we are going to be happy – but then this projection is based on certain things being there – so if those things does not happen [chances of which are immensely higher].

If Our tomorrow comes out of this unhappy today – in all likely hood we could be more unhappy.

Then out of more unhappiness we will desire for - more happiness in the next tomorrow – it kind of becomes a vicious circle.

That Is Why WE Have to Choose TO BE HAPPY NOW – In the Present.

4.Then we need to identify why we can be happy right now – as in many cases we link our Happiness with Other People, Circumstances, Situations.

Here we are talking about creating and being in the perpetual state of happiness – this is an individual formula AND takes lots of efforts to identify and practice.

5.Focusing on End-values rather than means-values – end-values are Happiness, love, adding value to others, making your relationships stronger, being happy now with whatever we have right-now

Please ask yourself how many of you have the focus when you wake up on most of the days - that no matter, what I will be happy and create happiness for people around me – chances are, there would be only handful of people who may wake up with this thought

We want to be happy – but the focus is not on being happy – it is on many other things – if our focus is on means-values like power, position, money, name, fame etc. etc. - these may or may not lead us to genuine happiness – they certainly will give us pleasure for short-term.

But all these means-values are something that has dissatisfaction in-built into them permanently.

Let me explain this phenomenon – when we are focused on means-values like - power, position, money, name, fame etc. etc. – when we reach where we wanted to – Our satisfaction last for very-very short time only

Because then we start seeing others who have more AND guess what – we also want to have more – this turn into a spiral that is difficult to come out.

We all knows about people – who had abundance of all these means-values things – and yet many of them even committed suicides and turned towards external stimulants like drugs.

6.Practicing to master the ability to change our emotional-state – from unresourceful and negative one to resourceful and positive one

You might have experienced this [ like I have done many-many times] – that suddenly we find ourselves in an un-resourceful or negative state – even though we were perfectly alright moments before.

It happens due to someone or something pressing an invisible trigger in us.

So the trick is to learn how to create multiple powerful positive anchors within ourselves.

And whenever you find yourself slipping into a negative frame of mind – make yourself bounce back by activating these pre-anchored triggers.

       #Wanttobehappy, #HappinessIntelligence, #realvalueaddition,#GenuinelyHappy, #PretendingtoBeHappy, #AuthenticallyHappy, #Positive, #Happy, #feelWonderfulAboutYourself,#externalfactors, #elementarybasics, #relationshipwithourselves, #happiness,#mistakeswehavemade, #regrets, #weaknesses, #atpeacewithourselves, #successful, #beingtruewithourselves, #beinghappynow, #perpetualstateofhappiness, #Endvalues, #meansvalues, #love, #addingvaluetoothers, #makingourrelationshipsstronger, #power, #position, #money, #name, #fame, #changingouremotionalstate, #unresourceful, #negative, #resourceful, #positive,#negativestate, #pressinginvisibletrigger, #powerfulpositiveanchors,#bounceback
