Inspirational Leadership Power Based On Profound Personal Values

All Leadership Is Transformational – If It Does Not Bring About A Major Change It May Not Be Leadership.

What Is Leadership – The Following Together Can Sum Up Loosely The Definition Of Leadership – A Leader Is

  1. Someone You Want To Follow => As Against You Must Follow Or You Have To Follow
  2. Someone Who Inspires You To Do Something – With Or Without Direct/Indirect Connection/Relationship With You
  3. Someone Who Inspires & Influences Without Any Direct Authority – By His Actions => Not Through Words[As In Speeches]
  4. Someone Not Bothered About His Credit/Gain – But Who Creates Leaders
  5. Someone Who Has A Very Large Vision For A Huge Chunk Of People
  6. Someone Who Is A Great Follower Himself – This Someone Can Follow Anyone Who Has The Capabilities To Handle The Ongoing Situation Better Than Him/Her. He Just Steps Backs

Types Of Leadership – This Can Be Again Following – Some Rare People Have Been Leaders In More Than One Type

  1. Business – These Are The People Who From Nothing Managed To Create Magnanimous Entities
  2. Social/Community – These Are The One Who Fights For/Changes Social Evils Etc
  3. Personal/Self – Those Who Are Leaders As Parents, Bosses, Small Social Groups => They Are Connected With
  4. Crisis => These Are Normally Unknown/Unsung Heroes [Male Or Female]=> Who Rise Up & Affect Changes When Crisis Of Catastrophic Nature Strikes – Natural Or Man-Made. These People Can Be Introvert , May Lead A Very Low Key Life
  5. Spiritual [This Is Not About Religion Or Religious People] => These Are The People Who Affect Generations/Centuries For Very Large Masses[Kindly Exclude All The Current Indian Gurus – Who Are Famous But Are Actually Fame Hungry/Wealth Hungry/Power Hungry/Business Hungry & Do Not Add Any Value Except Creating Useless Cults] => I Am Talking About The Likes Of Say Buddha, Vivekanada, Confucius, Aristotle, Maybe OSHO Up-To Certain Extent[Only Those Who Have Not Heard & Read Deeply Will Disagree]
  6. 6.Universal[Without Boundaries Of Region, Religion, Race Etc] => Again This Sometimes Can Overlap With Spiritual Ones => But These Are The Ones Who Go With The Mission To Affect The Mankind => Most Of Us Are Unknown => But They Have Created Something That Actually Changed The World

WHAT IS VALUES-BASED LEADERSHIP - This Again Can Be Broadly Defined As Being Someone

Who Does Not Preach At All But Acts, Thinks, Breath, Says & Displays Their Very Strong Values

They Do Not Deviate From These Values – Even If There Are Life Threatening Forces Disturbing Them Or Pressurizing Them. They Stand By Their Values – Come What MaTheir Only Focus Is Doing What Is Best For Very Large Group Of People – Some Of These People Were Labeled Insane During Lifetime[This I Am Referring To Universal/Spiritual & Many Times Their Contributions Are Recognized Much Later, At Times After They Passed Away]

Please Note => That By Reading All These – Don't Get Disillusioned That These Are Too Big – Is Not For Me.
