Any Incident/Event /Occurrence Which Paralyses Month Physical Emotional Function & Bring Your Life To A Grinding Halt

Shock/Stunned -> Pain/Guilt/Denial (It Is Not True/Cannot Be Happenning0 -> Anger (Why Me) -> Bargaining (Give Me This – I Will Give You This/Do This) -> Depression/Inactivity) -> Acceptance -> Moving On
About Grief Cycle
It May Not Happen In This Sequence/ Sometime People Go Through Few Of These Stages Simultaneously / Some People Don't Go Through Few Of The Stages At All/ Some People Get Stuck In One Stage Only For A Long Time Or Even Lifelong / Grief Cycle Is Very Individual & Cannot Be Same And Compared With Anyone
Causes of Grief
Death/ Suicide/Separation-Divorce/Bankruptcy/Shattering Of Very Close Hopes-Dreams-Expectations/Betrayal/Loosing Job/Rape-Molestation/Viewing A Heinous Crime/Being A Victim Of Torture, Violence, Kidnapping/ Prison-Confinement/Loss Of Care-Giver/Loss Of Friendship
Prolonged Or Complicated Grief Dis-Order
When The Grief Has Lasted More Than 6 Months & Even After This Period – There Is Physical & Psycho-Social Dysfunction – Which Includes Mental & Physical Impairment
