How to be a powerful leader, Becoming a leader of leaders, Making leadership simple

Becoming everyday leader. IN ADDITION TO THIS ARTICLE - PLEASE ALSO CHECK my another blog "How to be a great Leader" - which focuses on #howto be #great #coach in our another Blog Values Based Leadership.

Anyone can become a real leader, as Like nature, the Leadership is simple and is very basic.

These basics needs to be understood, followed and practiced till they become part of your nature.

But in the world, we are living in, simple and basic things are not considered cool or intelligent, because they lack the dazzle and the irresistible glamour.

Most of our definition of leadership comes from the case-studies created by globally elite or ivy-league universities. These institutions might have recognized some external elements of leadership, but they don't really capture the true essence of leadership.

Because of the false academic impression of who the leaders are, the people or institutions [whoever creates the definition of leadership] usually take successful people [mostly in businesses or politics as leadership role-models] and study their external traits.

On the other hand, The leadership is actually about your inner wiring and software, whereas the institutions focus on the external elements and sometimes they could be the result of the skewed perception of the person and the intellectual manner it is being done.

That is why, if anyone focuses on and tries to emulate these external factors, FAILS in becoming a leader.

As many of these traits would be impossible to imbibe [as it is as per the conditioning, situation and circumstances of these role-models, which were unique to them, and can't possibly be same with yourself].

If you study many of the revered world leaders, you may find, few of them were great failures in other essential areas of life and few were even considered by their family members as heartless, cruel, monster, selfish, dictatorial etc. These facts are many times not well known or suppressed.

If you analyze the world as it is today, with people suffering both emotionally [internally], and through unemployment, financial crisis, violence, hatred, war, crime[externaly] - you would discover that the biggest void and most essential need of today - is to have real leaders in all the areas of life, mainly in

1.Political
2.Social/Communities
3.Business
4.Spiritual
5.Environmental/nature
6.Educational
7.Individual
8.Personal
9.Family

How many of you wish for and dream of being a leader. Very few. And fewer would still consciously, make effort to understand and play the role of a leader, in whatever roles they are in all aspects of life.

The reason why there are not many leaders is that, most of us look for and look up to others to take the lead, or we may want to be leader because of the benefits the people enjoy, whom we consider leaders and our role models.

Although most of us may want to leaders, but we don't want to go through the initial disciplined processes of understanding, learning and practicing leadership in all our important areas of life, beginning with our very own personal life.

In most of the countries and places, the today's so-called leaders [ they are not the real leader, but somehow have managed to grab leadership positions], these would be of following types

1.Arrogant people who have need to control others
2.Religious zealots brainwashing people
3.People with the agenda of influencing others, because of default power vested with them through position, money, muscle etc
4.People who are businessmen, and if takes to create war to expand their empires, then let it be
5.Conmen, who manage to fool masses, through many creative methods
6."Political + Religious+ Criminal" nexused Cults, followed blinding by solid masses of ignorant people, who are taken prisoner by false yet charming propaganda

People who belong to any of these categories are occupying powerful positions, are the cause of the many ills being faced by all of us throughout the world.

Let us start with the basics of leadership - what you don't need to be a leader

1.You don't have to be somebody established to be a leader
2.You don't need to be well-known to be a leader
3.You don't need a specific position to practice leadership
4.You don't even need a team or followers to be a leader

9.You don't have to know all the answers and have all the solutions
10.You don't have to be someone, who can do it all, meaning without needing or seeking help from others
