- 2.In most situation- no one is coming to your rescue - remember Ukraine they are fighting their own battles - yes they are getting resource-help but that's it
- 3.You cannot change anyone - you can only temporarily influence their behaviors by using whatever power you have over them
- 4.People only change when they perceives real threat or great value for themselves -they make this decision based on their values, motivations, drives and fears and not yours
- 5.Whatever is happening in your life - irrespective of whether you were responsible for it - now it is only your responsibility to mitigate and resolve the situation - so stop waiting for someone to solve your problems
- 6.If you are living your life thinking what others think of you and getting stressed unnecessarily - please understand that only very-very few people and that too on rare occasions think about you in passing manner - because everyone is busy with their own issues
