Creating enthusiasm in work and life

How to get your enthusiasm back, How to be more enthusiastic, How to Create Enthusiasm at Work-Place, How to get Motivation for Studies.

Where all you need to have enthusiasm - In fact, I have yet to identify, one single positive outcome or desire or task – where you don't need enthusiasm.

Do you sometimes feel enthusiastic, motivated and energetic when you start something new, but after some time lose your enthusiasm and interest. Most of us would have experienced this phenomenon.

If you want to understand the definition of living life young forever, you only have to look at how to create zest and zeal for life's mundane.

Watch my video on YouTube "Impossible Achiever" of Dr. Bhagwati Oza, the 80+ years old who can show what enthusiasm and living life fully means.

You would have come across [or read about or can google to find] numerous people like her or those who have had worst of situations, misfortune, hardships, obstacles – still they accomplished mind-boggling feats and became example for generations to come.

You can have everything materialistic yet if you don't have enthusiasm for life, you are living dead.

When we are born, all of us are born with a large amount of enthusiasm, but in the way in our journey towards adulthood, we pick up many negative beliefs[which are only our interpretations and may not be the absolute truth] – which tells us why something can't be done or why to give-up* and what are possible and impossible etc.

We get burned-out, when our internal reserves of enthusiasm gets exhausted, and we do not consciously recharge it.

People with high levels of energy and enthusiasm often have a number of characteristics in common. They have sparkly eyes, their skin looks healthy, and they tend to smile a lot. There are also certain things they do, which help them to maintain their energy levels

Enthusiasm isn't just more fun, it's more attractive and more productive.

If you're dissatisfied with where you are right now and if You continue to do what you are doing – you will never get different results.

In my opinion, for the following aspects of your life you need enthusiasm, you can add any other areas where you need to have enthusiasm

1.As an employee [irrespective of whether you are a senior, junior or peer]
2.To you wake-up in the morning
3.As parent for parenting
4.As spouse [also for all your important relationships]
5.For your customers [also as a customer]
6.For your learning* and education

13.Want to feel fulfilled, blissful and contended
14.Help others and make the world a better place for yourself as well as for others
15.Enjoying the journey of life, in spite of all the hard-knocks that life throws at you

Those who lack enthusiasm in any aspect of life, only go through the motion and many may do what needs to be done, but not with all their heart.

Having continuous supply of enthusiasm, needs disciplined practice and actions.

So how can you create enthusiasm - when you don't feel like being enthusiastic.

Tips for creating a self-propelling generator of enthusiasm - Putting the spark back into life
